- If the order is cancelled, lost or un - delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any platform handling fee, if paid online
- We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we disable the COD option for customers who tend to return every product shipped to them.

- After the order is placed, you will receive a call from the customer care executive about the shipping details and you will be provided with a tracking ID to know the status of your order.
- All the orders placed on SEONA are delivered trough our official delivery partners. (DTDC, Bluedart, Trackon)
Currently we do not deliver outside India.
You can return/exchange your order on SEONA. The process is to get in touch with our customer care executives from 'contact us' section and raise a request.
At SEONA, we ensure all the good go through quality check control and reach the customer in perfect condition. If there is still any defect/quality issue, we provide an exchange/store credits in return.
How do you initiate refund/exchange?
1.) Raise a request through contact us section.
2.) Keep the product packed and in intact condition as received.
3.) A product will not be eligible for return if the tags are missing, or if it does not have SEONA packaging.
4.) Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product at our warehouse.
